SHIPPING & RETURNS
There are 3 kinda of orders. Designer line, Semi-custom line and Full Custom line.
– Designer Line:
If you place order for the designer collection products, we will arrange shipment within 3 business days after you placed the order by Fedex, DHL, UPS, Aramex or EMS, tracking number will be provided later accordingly. Shipping time usually cost around 3~7 business days. But due to the Covid situation, there might be some delays in shipping, so it might also up to 15~20 business days for some country. Please contact us for the shipping update if there is any unexpected long time waiting.
– Semi-custom Line:
Usually shipping will be arranged around 7~15 business days later after the custom order being placed based on the order quantity and design confirmation time. We ship items from Monday to Friday and the shipping time about 3 to 7 business days by Fedex, DHL,UPS etc. We do not ship on legal holidays. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight and address. If it hits the peak season,the time limit is not guaranteed. We will email you the tracking information when your order ships so you can follow the shipping progress online.
– Full-custom Line
As the full custom needs time to confirm many specific info, so it takes longer time before shipping. Production time and shipping will depend on the order and how the buyer wants the order to be shipped. Buyer can contact seller for detailed info directly through email or WhatsApp.
*Any custom duty or addtional tax at the destination not included in the product price.
Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
Please contact us within 48 hours after the order is placed if you want to change the order or shipping address. If there is a change when the product is shipped, the expense and risks involved are to be borne by the customer.
If there is any quality issues, you can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise, with original tags attached, with the original packing slip and return within 15 day after you receive your item. We would refund the full price and take the responsibility of shipping fees.
If it is of size problems, buyers take the responsibility of shipping fees,the delivery fee would be deducted in the refund fee.
Chromatism problems will not be as the return the basis,Factors such as lighting,contrast and color display can cause 3D design to look different from theactual product,this is not indicative of any product quality issues.
